01Do you really cover emergencies out of hours?
Yes. Google lists us open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the reviews bear it out — from an elderly couple’s Friday-afternoon emergency to a hidden bathroom leak traced and fixed the same afternoon. For anything urgent, calling is always quickest.
02How do I get a quote?
Call, WhatsApp or use the contact form — and a few photos of the job or the fault really help. Reviewers mention again and again that sending photos is why we turn up ready and move so fast. For larger jobs, we’ll arrange to come and look before pricing.
03Can you handle a whole bathroom, kitchen or extension — not just the plumbing?
Yes. We cover plumbing, heating, electrics and construction under one roof, so a full bathroom, kitchen, extension, loft conversion or renovation can be handled by one team — from strip-out and first-fix through tiling, cabinets and finishing, to the final check.
04Which areas do you cover?
We’re based on Bowyer Drive in Slough (SL1) and work across Berkshire and the surrounding area — Langley, Burnham, Farnham Royal, Stoke Poges, Iver, Datchet, Windsor, Maidenhead and beyond. Not sure if you’re in reach? Just ask.
05How does your pricing work?
You’ll hear straight what’s involved and what it’s likely to cost, explained clearly before we start — no surprises. Reviewers use the same words repeatedly: reasonable price, great service. Whatever the size of the job, the standard of work stays the same.
06Are you accredited?
We’re a Checkatrade member — you can read the profile and independent reviews there — and gas work is carried out to the standards it demands. If a particular job needs a specific certification, ask us and we’ll be straight with you about it.

Yes. Alongside homeowners, we look after landlords and local businesses — from a quick repair between tenancies to a full refurbishment. Just tell us the property and what you need.
08What happens after I get in touch?
We reply, talk through the job (photos help), and give you a clear, fair price. Then the right person turns up when we say, gets on with it, and leaves the area clean and tidy. For emergencies, we’re on call around the clock.
